こんにちは。今日は、NYのロングアイランドのコーディネーターのロビンさんからの写真を添付します。ロビンさんはM４Mのイベントを色々とロングアイランドで主催してくれています。真ん中の上の男の子がディズニーのメダルをしてるのが分かりますか。ディズニーマラソンに参加した方がこうやってどんどんとメダルを寄付して下さるのはありがたいですね。ロビンさんもありがとう。

First M4M Medal in Puerto Rico プエルトリコでの最初のM４Mメダル

This past Saturday I accompanied the group of Team in Training The Leukemia & Lymphoma Puerto Rico Marathon Training. In this practice I delivered our first Medals4Mettle medal to special young young girl and a great warrior , C.I , who was only 16 years old when she was diagnosed with Hodgkins lymphoma in December 2013. Today C.I is cancer free and is training for the next Walt Disney marathon in 2015 with her mom. We are very happy to give this medal to a young girl like her.

先日の土曜日、プエルトリコの「チーム・イン・トレーニング・ルキミア（白血病）＆リンフォマ（悪性リンパ腫）」と合流しました。そして、今回、闘病中の勇敢な若い若いお嬢さんに、プエルトリコで最初のM４Mメダルを届けました。Cちゃんは、ホジキンリンパ腫（日本では少ない病気だそうです）という診断を１６歳の時に下されました。２０１３年の１２月のことです。現在、Cちゃんは、がんから完治し、２０１５年のディズニーマラソンにお母さんと一緒に参加するためにトレーニング中です。私たちは、彼女のような少女にM４Mのメダルを贈ることができて、大変光栄に思っています。

Such a late posting but Holiday Card from Detroit Chapter. If you have donated medals through YoJo or Osaka Ultra 100km last year, your medals were probably sent there!! Your medal could be the one one of those kids are wearing with a big smile!!!!! xoxo
